2. Entertainment & Informational Purposes Only

Sharp Edge Report provides sports picks, analysis, and commentary for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. All picks are generated by AI models and represent one data point — not a recommendation to place any specific wager.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves substantial risk of loss. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. Sharp Edge Report is not responsible for use of the Service in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate each billing period.

• Sharp tier: $29.00/month
• The Edge tier: $59.00/month
• Billing renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase at our sole discretion. Contact us at info@sharpedgereport.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Sharp Edge Report — including picks, analysis, AI-generated commentary, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of Sharp Edge Report. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share subscription content with non-subscribers. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Edge Report and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any picks or analysis provided. This includes but is not limited to gambling losses.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute paid subscription content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI systems or data
• Impersonate Sharp Edge Report or its affiliates

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
